Ethics policy

I vow to always research my suppliers in depth and to never buy from a company that tests on animals, exploits them, or uses them in their products. My soaps do not and never will contain animal products or by-product.

Customer Service

I vow to always answer every single one of your questions in a timely manner, and will never ignore a serious inquiry. Though I do request, to make sure I see your question, please email me rather than DM me.

Shipping

Please understand that I am a highschool senior taking multiple AP courses and 2 pathways, working a part time job as well as taking care of my animals. I ship packages out on Saturdays, before 12. It takes me 1- 5 days to process orders, so please do not be angry if your package does not get shipped out on Saturday if you put your order in Friday Night or Saturday morning.
